Labor Day Weekend

This past weekend, Labor Day weekend, we went camping with some friends who have seasonal sites at a campground about an hour away. There were 5 couples and 10 kids total so it was a little chaotic but still a lot of fun! The boys had an awesome time, they love the freedom of being able to run around the campground and ride their bikes without us having to be on top of them. There were so many kids there that they had lots of friends to play with too.


And my oldest friend (not *that* kind of old! We've been friends since we were 3!) ended up camping on a site right by us with her hubby, kids, and her parents. It was fun surprise to see her and to be able to hang out a bit. Maybe next year we'll actually *plan* to go camping together, right Lori?? :)


It was a great way to celebrate the end of summer!
